Congratulations to the State of Indiana for its clean sweep of the Leibrock State Leadership Awards! Indiana won both awards: the state with the most money raised (with $29,742) and the state with the highest percentage of participation (14.6%). The runner-up for most money raised was California ($29,496) and West Virginia for percentage of participation (6%).
