At the end of the second quarter of 2024, NeurosurgeryPAC continues to raise money to support those members of Congress who support neurosurgery and its patients, but still needs your support to achieve our end of the year fundraising goal! We are still advocating for many specialty physician issues and those activities are ongoing. Your political action committee (PAC) needs the resources to continue making progress and advance neurosurgery’s 2024 Legislative and Regulatory Agenda.
In the second quarter of 2024, NeurosurgeryPAC supported the following candidates for the U.S. House of Representatives: Reps. Brian Babin, DDS, (R-Texas), Yadira Caraveo, MD, (D-Colo.), Neal Dunn, MD, (R-Fla.), Josh Gottheimer (D-N.J.), Brett Guthrie (R-Ky.), John Joyce, MD, (R-Pa.), Dan Meuser (R-Pa.), Richard Neal (D-Mass.), Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.), Kim Schrier, MD, (D-Wash.) and Michelle Steel (R-Calif.). Candidates for U.S. Senate receiving PAC support included: Sens. Bob Casey (D-Pa.), Bill Cassidy, MD, (R-La.) and John Thune (R-S.D.).
