Cancellation and Refund Policies
Requests for cancellation must be received in writing two weeks prior to the start of the course to receive a full refund less a $50 processing fee. Email cancellation requests to education@aans.org.
The AANS reserves the right to cancel a course. Registrants will be notified by phone and a formal letter of cancellation will follow in the mail. In the event of course cancellation, registration fees are refundable; however, airline and hotel penalties are the responsibility of the registrant.
NO-SHOWS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR TRANSFERS OR REFUNDS.
Video or audio recording or photographing any portion of this course is strictly prohibited by the AANS.

Daily Resort Fee++
A $45 Daily Resort Fee plus applicable tax will be added to your room rate for each purchased room night which entitles you to receive the following amenities that are sure to enhance your experience at Mandalay Bay: Wireless internet in the guest room and within the meeting space, unlimited local, domestic long distance (the 50 United States and DC) and toll-free calls, airline boarding pass printing, digital newspaper and magazine downloads through PressReader for duration of reservation; access to Paramount+ with SHOWTIME On Demand via in-room television and fitness center access for guests 18+. Amenities, such as fitness center access, are subject to availability and guest demand.
Check In/Check Out
Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out time is 11 am
Please note, the course end time is 3 pm on Saturday, February 1. Please plan to check out of your room prior to the start of the course on February 1 and store your luggage at the bell station located near hotel registration.
Additional Occupant Charge
There is an additional charge of $40 plus tax per occupant, per night, above two occupants per room.
