Missing Journal Issues

When requesting a replacement issue, a subscriber must verify the shipping address for the subscription. Upon receipt of a missing issue claim, the claim will be reviewed to ensure that the subscriber has allowed sufficient time for delivery of the issues, and that the claim has been made within the allowed time period. AANS and the JNS Publishing Group is not responsible for replacing issues free of charge when a subscriber fails to notify AANS of a change of address, nor will AANS replace issues claimed outside the claim time period. Claims for non-delivery of issues must be made within three (3) months of issue mail date. No more than one (1) bulk (one month, all 3 journals) shipment will be fulfilled during the issue year. OR No more than three (3) single issue claims will be fulfilled free of charge within the issue year.

If a subscriber has recurrent problems with delivery of print issues, it is assumed that problems exist with the local mail delivery service or internal mail distribution, which is out of the control of AANS. In these cases, we require subscribers to convert their delivery to a courier service at an additional fee.
